Culture is great. We sat next to the table where all the wine was and enjoyed the culture that was going on. Culture is thirsty work.

We then went to the Uplands Tavern for some more culture, but what we got was a bit different. Acoustic guitars in the wrong hands can raise your blood pressure by unhealthy amounts. We booked ourselves a slot in the Uplands festival, the incredibly prestigious billing of half past three on the Saturday afternoon. The festival runs from Friday the 25th to Sunday the 27th I think. It should be fun anyway, even if we will be playing to the late liquid lunchers.

Tomorrow night we return to the world of high culture to see a poet fellow. Now I know how these things work I think I know exactly where we should sit. Salut!
